Every item of work with its quantity, material cost and labour. Materials are priced at today's rates and include normal wastage.

How the detailed estimate works
The estimator models your house as an RCC-framed building on your plot: it works out the size of each floor, the length of external and internal walls, the number of columns and the run of beams, then measures every item — excavation, PCC, footings, plinth beam, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, brickwork, plaster and floor base — the way a quantity surveyor would.
Each item is converted into cement bags, steel, bricks, sand and crush using standard mix ratios and dry-volume factors, then priced from Kataria Engineering's daily price list. Labour is spread across the items, and finishing is broken into tiles, paint, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, sanitary and kitchen work for the quality you choose.
