How a project works
1. Plot survey & soil check
Our team visits the plot, surveys it and checks the soil, and sends you photos, levels and recommendations.
2. Design on video calls
We design the house with you over video calls, with 3D views so the whole family can agree before anything is built.
3. Estimate & quotation
A detailed BOQ and a fixed quotation, with a stage-wise payment plan you can see in advance.
4. Approvals
We prepare the architectural and structural drawings for the development authority, municipal committee or housing society.
5. Construction you can see
Work starts and you receive your private progress page β dated photos of every stage, plus WhatsApp updates.
6. Handover & warranty
Final inspection on video, keys handed to your family, and a 5-year construction warranty.

Do I need to come to Pakistan?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients manage the whole project from abroad. A family member or a person you authorise can sign documents and receive the keys if needed.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in stages tied to completed work β for example foundation, each slab, brickwork and plaster, finishing. You see photos of each stage before the next payment.
Where do you work?
Across Azad Kashmir and Punjab β including Mirpur, Dadyal, Kotli, Bhimber, Gujar Khan, Gujrat and Kharian.
What if prices change during construction?
Your quotation states what is fixed and what follows material prices. Our daily price list is public, so any change is transparent.
