How it's calculated

• Fees use Kataria Engineering's current rate list, updated by our office
• Complete residential design file (architectural, structural, MEP, IFC and submission drawings): up to 5 marla Rs 100,000 · up to 10 marla Rs 150,000 · up to 1 kanal Rs 200,000
• Design only: architectural Rs 50, structural Rs 15 and MEP Rs 15 per sq ft of covered area; commercial design file Rs 300,000 per kanal
• Topography survey: Rs 40,000 lump sum up to 10 kanal, then Rs 5,000 per kanal; geotechnical investigation (lab testing & report): Rs 100,000 up to 10 marla, Rs 150,000 up to 1 kanal, Rs 200,000 up to 4 kanal, Rs 300,000 up to 10 kanal, Rs 400,000 up to 20 kanal
• Residential interior package: up to 5 marla Rs 150,000 · up to 10 marla Rs 200,000 · up to 1 kanal Rs 250,000; commercial interior Rs 90 per sq ft
• Interior design of selected rooms Rs 75, rooftop design Rs 50 and landscape planning & design Rs 50 per sq ft
• Site visit Rs 10,000 and layout marking Rs 15,000, billed separately and paid at the visit
• Design fee: 50% advance, balance as the file progresses; changes after layout/elevation approval are charged separately

Yes — architectural and structural design is free when you book construction with materials.

How accurate is the instant quotation?

It uses our current rates. The final quotation may change after a site visit if the plot or requirements are different.
