About this calculator

How it's calculated
- Per sq ft = total ÷ covered area
- Benchmark = Kataria Engineering BOQ method with today's prices (likely range)
- Items more than 25% apart are flagged for clarification
Why is one quotation much cheaper?
Usually because items are missing (water tanks, boundary wall, kitchen) or the brands and grades are lower. Compare the same scope before comparing price.
