How the price lock works

• Your construction quotation uses today's published material prices
• Sign the agreement and pay the booking advance within the month — the material rates in your contract stay fixed for 60 days from signing
• If prices fall in those 60 days, you get the lower rate
• After 60 days, materials follow the price list on the date of purchase as per the contract

Applies to construction-with-materials contracts. Terms are written in your agreement; the agreement prevails.
