Make a construction schedule in 30 minutes
- Project & WBS. Create EPS → project → WBS: Design, Foundation, GF structure, FF structure, Finishing, Handover.
- Activities. Add activities with durations (e.g. excavation 4 d, PCC 1 d, footings 5 d …).
- Logic. Link FS relationships; use SS with lag for overlapping work such as brickwork after columns.
- Schedule. Calendar Mon–Sat; press F9 to schedule; view the critical path (zero float) in red.
- Shortcut. Generate a ready schedule with our free scheduler and import the XER file into P6.
