Excavation, foundation, RCC columns, beams and slabs, brick walls, plaster, electrical and plumbing pipes inside the walls, and the floor base. The house stands but has no tiles, doors, windows, fittings, kitchen or paint.
Complete (finishing) construction
Everything in grey structure plus tiles or marble, doors and windows, wiring and switches, sanitary fittings, kitchen, wardrobes, ceilings and paint — ready to live in.
Cost

Which should I choose?
Grey structure only suits owners who can buy and supervise finishing themselves. A complete contract with one company gives one responsibility, a fixed price and one timeline.
